1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using wiz≡r ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

wiz≡r is a personal finance management application that helps you track your savings rate, monitor spending, and build better financial habits. The Service connects to your financial institutions through Plaid, a third-party service provider, to aggregate your financial data on a read-only basis. wiz≡r does not move, hold, or initiate payment of any funds.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

wiz≡r offers the following subscription tiers:

• Standard ($6.99 CAD/month or $72 CAD/year): Unlimited bank account connections, AI-powered transaction categorization, real-time savings rate tracking, unlimited goals with portfolio optimization, cross-platform sync (iOS, Android, Web), and category customization.
• Pro ($12.99 CAD/month or $132 CAD/year): Everything in Standard, plus multi-select & batch transaction actions, transaction notifications (email and SMS), split & distribute transactions, a customizable dashboard with widgets, and context filters. Yearly Pro is billed quarterly at $33/quarter.

Both tiers begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on your chosen plan and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to access accounts that are not yours
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WIZ3R DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

wiz≡r is not a financial advisor. The information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZ3R SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
